1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Dream4Delivery website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to use this Site and purchase any products.
2. Age Restriction
All users and purchasers must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Dream4Delivery reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
3. 2018 Farm Bill Compliance
All products contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry weight basis. THCA is a naturally occurring cannabinoid not classified as a controlled substance when derived from compliant hemp. COA documentation is available for all products.
4. State & Local Law Disclaimer
Laws vary by state, county, and municipality. It is the customer's responsibility to determine legality in their jurisdiction.
5. Payment — Stripe Integration
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Dream4Delivery does not store or have access to your full credit card information. Payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
6. Zero Interaction Delivery
All orders are delivered without direct human interaction. The customer assumes all risk for packages once delivered. Dream4Delivery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for damaged/defective products.
8. Accounts and Security
You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account activity. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Dream4Delivery's proven breach of these Terms.
9. Orders, Payments, and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, compliance review, payment authorization, delivery coverage, and fraud checks. Prices, product availability, delivery fees, taxes, discounts, and estimated delivery times may change at any time before an order is accepted.
10. No Medical Claims
Dream4Delivery products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions are for general information only and are not medical, legal, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before using hemp products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service for illegal activity, resale without authorization, underage access, false identity information, payment fraud, harassment, abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with the website, or attempts to bypass compliance controls.
12. Intellectual Property
Dream4Delivery names, logos, website design, text, product presentation, software, and related materials are owned by Dream4Delivery or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit them except as allowed by law or written permission.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided as is and as available to the fullest extent allowed by law. Dream4Delivery does not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact delivery times, product availability, or that the website will be error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dream4Delivery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Dream4Delivery harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.
15. Changes to Terms
Dream4Delivery may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
